Main Street Grants collects the information you provide when you sign up for a workspace or contact us: your name, email, organization, phone number, and the details you share about your organization. We use this information to set up your workspace, communicate with you, and improve our service.

Your workspace data, including your knowledge base, pipeline, and drafts, is stored securely and is never shared with other organizations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train models for anyone else.

We use standard industry security measures to protect your data. Access to your workspace is controlled by your account credentials. You can export your data at any time, and you can request deletion of your workspace and all associated data by contacting us.

We may use third-party services to host data and process payments. These providers have their own privacy policies, and we only work with providers that meet industry security standards.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Main Street Grants, we collect your mobile phone number and record of consent to send you the messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
