Main Street Grants is a subscription service for grant discovery, drafting, and tracking. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

Subscription. Main Street Grants offers two plans. Done-With-You is $1,200 one-time setup plus $249/month; you write and submit with the platform’s help. Done-For-You is $2,500 one-time setup plus $749/month; we prepare and submit your grants for you, including one standard grant application every month. Additional standard submissions under Done-For-You are $375 each, and federal applications such as AFG, SAFER, and CDBG start at $1,500 per submission. Done-With-You is month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Done-For-You has a six-month initial term, then month-to-month. Flat fees, always. We never charge a percentage of your grant award. Annual options are available: $2,490/year for Done-With-You and $7,490/year for Done-For-You (two months free). You can cancel at any time and export your data.

Your data. You own your workspace data, including your knowledge base, pipeline, and drafts. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing all drafted content before submission. Main Street Grants drafts applications from your knowledge base, but you are responsible for verifying that the content is accurate and appropriate for each funder.

Use of the service. You agree not to share your account credentials outside your organization, not to use the service for unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to access other organizations' data.

Limitation of liability. Main Street Grants is a tool to help you find and apply for grants. We do not guarantee that you will win any grant, and we are not liable for grant outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions made by funders.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email.
